1. Introduction
Welcome to BrandAmbassador ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.brandambassador.co.ke (the "Service") operated by BrandAmbassador.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
3. Content Policy
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.
The following types of Content are strictly prohibited:
- Nudity or sexually explicit material.
- Hate speech, credible threats, or direct attacks on an individual or group.
- Content that contains or promotes illegal activities.
- Sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, physical addresses) in public profiles.
- Vulgar language and profanity.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Ambassadors are required to pay a monthly subscription fee of Kshs 1,000. Clients are required to pay a weekly access fee of Kshs 2,500.
All payments are processed through M-Pesa. All subscription and access fees are non-refundable.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
